Muay Thai is a striking martial art that uses punches, kicks, knees and elbows. It’s technical, intense and incredibly rewarding to learn.
It builds real strength and stamina. You learn how to move properly, hit with purpose and feel confident in your own body.
Training this way is also one of the most effective ways to change your body. The mix of pad work and conditioning helps burn body fat while building lean muscle and improving overall fitness.
And despite how it might look, it’s completely accessible. You don’t need to be a certain age, size or fitness level to start. Everything is adapted to you, so you’ll be pushed in the right way without feeling out of your depth.

Strength & Conditioning sessions are designed to help you feel stronger, fitter and more capable in your body.
You’ll build lean muscle, improve stamina and increase overall strength through a mix of controlled resistance, bodyweight work and conditioning exercises.
The focus is on developing core stability, balance and muscular endurance in a way that supports everyday life and long-term progress. Structured, effective training without the pressure or intimidation of a commercial gym environment.
I’ve worked with clients in their 70s and 80s as well as younger women building confidence with weights, so sessions are always adapted to your level and experience. You’ll feel supported, safe and appropriately challenged.

As a Level 3 Pilates instructor trained with JPilates in London, I provide pre- and post-natal Pilates classes that support individuals through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. My sessions emphasize deep abdominal strength, pelvic floor health, and alignment, offering a safe and effective way to stay strong, ease discomfort, and reconnect with your body during this transformative time.

My teaching style honors Joseph Pilates' original repertoire, emphasizing full body movements and strengthening the "powerhouse" - your body’s center of control. Pilates is more than just exercise; it’s a transformative practice that builds strength, improves posture, enhances flexibility, and fosters a deeper connection between body and mind. I
also offer Hybrid Pilates and Strength sessions which blend stability and flexibility with muscle-building resistance work for all-round strength and resilience.
