A boutique home studio in Great Bowden specialising in Pilates, Muay Thai and Strength & Conditioning.
I’m Alex, and my philosophy is simple. Be More Animal.
To me, that means moving with strength and agility. Feeling powerful in your body. Taking up space. And never questioning your ability as a woman.
I’ve trained in Muay Thai for over a decade, including intensive fight camps in both the UK and Thailand. Through that process, I transformed my body into something strong, capable and resilient. There’s nothing more liberating than knowing what your body can do and I love helping other women experience that feeling for themselves.
Five years ago, during injury recovery, I found Pilates. What started as rehabilitation became a discipline I deeply respect. It brought balance, control and connection into my training, complementing the power and intensity of Muay Thai.
That’s why I offer all three.

I also understand that starting something new can feel intimidating. Whether you’re completely new to training or stepping back into it after time away, we’ll start at your level. I’m always happy to have a friendly chat first and ease you in so you feel comfortable from day one.
